These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Athena software platform provided by OutReach Games Inc.
By using Athena, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. Service Description
Athena is a desktop software application provided as a subscription-based service.
The software is currently available for Windows, with additional platforms planned in the future.
2. Account Registration
To use Athena, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of account credentials
Notify the Company of any unauthorized account use
Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Athena operates on a monthly subscription model.
Users agree that:
Subscription fees are billed monthly
Payments are processed through Stripe
Access may be suspended if payment fails
4. Free Trial
Athena may offer a free trial period.
After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
5. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Reverse engineer or modify the software
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Athena
Use the service for illegal activities
Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
Violation of these rules may result in termination.
7. User Feedback
OutReach Games Inc. values user feedback.
By submitting ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant the Company permission to use and implement those ideas without compensation or obligation.
8. Service Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Athena at any time to improve the service.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain service availability.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate user accounts if users:
Violate these Terms
Fail to pay subscription fees
Abuse or misuse of the software
Upon termination, access to the service may be revoked immediately.
10. Disclaimer
Athena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for specific purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutReach Games Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Canadian courts.
