End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and OutReach Games Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Athena software application.
By downloading, installing, or using Athena, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
1. License Grant
OutReach Games Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Athena on supported devices solely for your personal or business use in accordance with this Agreement.
This license does not grant ownership of the software.
2. License Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the software
Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the software
Circumvent licensing, subscription, or access controls
Use the software in any unlawful or harmful manner
Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license.
3. Subscription and Billing
Athena is provided on a subscription basis billed monthly.
By subscribing to Athena you agree that:
Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring monthly basis
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors including Stripe
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of access
Free Trial
Athena may offer a free trial period.After the trial period ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Because Athena provides immediate access to digital services, no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
5. User Data and Privacy
Athena may collect and process certain user information including:
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Mailing addresses
Usage and analytics data
This information may be used for:
Account management
Service functionality
Improving the software
Analytics and performance monitoring
Athena may integrate with third-party services including:
Firebase
Stripe
QuickBooks
These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Feedback and User Suggestions
OutReach Games Inc. values feedback from users.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback regarding Athena, you grant the Company the right to use, modify, and incorporate those ideas into the software without obligation or compensation.
7. Updates and Modifications
The Company may release updates, patches, or new versions of Athena from time to time.
These updates may:
Improve functionality
Fix bugs
Introduce new features
Modify existing features
Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Termination
Your license may be terminated if you:
Violate this Agreement
Fail to pay subscription fees
Abuse the software or services
Use the software for unlawful activities
Upon termination you must immediately stop using Athena and uninstall any copies of the software.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
Athena is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
OutReach Games Inc. makes no guarantees that the software will:
Be uninterrupted
Be error-free
Meet all user expectations
Operate without technical issues
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutReach Games Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Athena.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Third-Party Services
Athena may integrate with third-party services including Firebase, Stripe, and QuickBooks.
OutReach Games Inc. is not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of these third-party services.
Use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Canada.
